BackerKit surveys are coming!

Hi Everyone!

This time we have decided to simplify and improve our process by using Backerkit!

So what next!? 

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. 

We have sent our backerkit system for review by their team and as soon as it is approved we will send what is called a smoke test. This means that 5 percent of you will receive your email first. We will make sure it’s all working as intended and then release it to the rest. Please note that there is no limit on the products currently so there is not an issue of first come first served.

One option we have allowed in backerkit is the ‘switch reward’ feature. In the opening window, there will be the option to upgrade your reward. For example if you have a reward and it doesn’t cater to what you want, you can jump onto a new reward which will take your credit into another option. Please note that if you have an early bird option, we have allowed for upgrades with in those rewards to the Ogre Elite or Ogre Elite Plus which will maintain your discount.

Following your initial choice, you will be taken to the add-on section, where you can add on any extras and pay any outstanding balance. 

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email! 

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. At this stage we can estimate around October/November time for survey completion deadlines. 

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://atlantis-ogres.backerkit.com 

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https https://atlantis-ogres.backerkit.com/faq.  

Finally.... it would be greatly appreciated if our 'Smoke Testers' could let us know how you got on with the process :)

New Sculpts!

Hi Everyone!

With great pleasure, we would like to reveal progress on the unrevealed miniatures!

Regarding the pledge manager, it will go live in a few days...in which you will receive a link and we'll drop another update to explain the process. It's basically a simple check out process where you pick what you want, add extras if you want them and pay shipping :)

Let us know what you think! They are still considered works in progress and will be improved :)

With the incredible support from nearly 500 backers, this project has now become a reality and will go into production! We can not express our appreciation enough for the support and kind comments we have received!

Can I upgrade my pledge in the pledge manager?

You can indeed, simply pick what you want and pay the difference from your original pledge :)

Can I add other items to my order?

We will have a few items added to the pledge manager, including things like our bears and war dogs with discounts on our standard RRP!

Last Day Surprise!

Hi Everyone!

On our last day, and prior to our campaign ending update, we would like to offer our sincerest thank you, and offer one final surprise.

We have listened to all of your feedback and added more females, a witch and an ogre queen.

Another request that has popped up a lot is the standard bearer. We've been keeping this for a final surprise, but we can now confirm that there will also be a standard bearer! This item will be available for £12 but also as a final freebie to Ogre Elite Plus Boxes!!

We are at a stage, where 3 models haven't been revealed yet (witch, queen and standard bearer). We have made the decision, that it is best to show them after the campaign but prior to the pledge manager. This basically means if you want to wait to see them you can, and then add them in the pledge manager if you want them.

The decision to hold back the reveal, is due to the concepting stage. We would rather have them relatively complete so that they don't change too much and people receive what they expect when they add them..... aka when they are at a stage that is less likely to be adapted considerably :)

In other news, we have also listened to feedback regarding the males and can confirm 2-3 of them will be adapted into more attacking poses!

Females Revealed and Elite Plus Box!!

Hi Everyone!

With great pleasure, we are happy to reveal our Ogre Female Progress. We listened to your feedback and soldiered away, to provide more female presence in this campaign! The reveal goals were outlined to give us time to design them. We're happy with how they have progressed and can't wait to hear what you think!

Below, are the two new sets of female Ogres. Please note, they are quite rough and considered works in progress :)

 

We are also  ready to reveal our final box pledge level! If you wish to upgrade, simply change your reward option.

EARLY BIRD BACKERS: You do not need to change reward. Just increase your pledge to the amount required to get the box minus the early bird discount.

Eg: If you grabbed yourself a £135 Elite box pledge ...increase to £195 to upgrade with your discount.
